With Totema’s pay-only-if-when-you-hire option, you only pay if and when a successful hire is made. This plan is ideal for businesses with occasional hiring needs or for those who prefer to invest only once a candidate is onboarded.
- 12 monthly installments: to help manage costs, we divide the fee over 12 months, making new hires more affordable.
- Flexible contract terms: you can exit the contract anytime. However, please note that candidates we’ve introduced remain eligible for our success fee if hired within 12 months, with a 50% discount if hired after 6 months.
Totema guarantee: If, for any reason, the new hire doesn’t work out within the first 3 months, we will replace them at no additional cost—no questions asked.
Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
If you don’t have an internal recruiting team, or if your team lacks the capacity, you can extend your team by adding Totema’s recruiters and sourcers. They will work under your brand or Totema’s, providing a seamless experience for your candidates.
This service is ideal for:
- Companies with a high volume of roles
- Businesses with a defined hiring plan
- Specific roles with detailed descriptions that simplify the hiring process.
Totema guarantee: Our team is committed to sourcing and hiring candidates who are the best match for your roles. However, if for any reason the outcome doesn’t meet expectations, we offer a refund for any of the 40 hours that didn’t add value. You can also cancel the service with a two-week notice.

Through our outsourcing services, we manage team members on your behalf, while our service handles payments and administrative tasks – allowing you to focus on managing performance.
